An Unforgettable Day

Early in the morning of May 8, we moved from the courtyard of the Holy Trinity Church in Bangladesh to Sevan with great enthusiasm and anticipation of the day. Everything was going according to plan. At first we took part in the morning service in St. Thaddeus Church in Ddmashen. In groups, we moved in the direction we had chosen. Our group headed to Zovaber, where the school principal, Mr. Hovhanisyan was waiting for us. We moved to Zovaber village municipality together, where we started joint cleaning works. We cleaned the river bank, the village road, then moved to the school, planted flowers together, danced and sang. The time has come for the long-awaited football friendly match of the students. We made arrangements with the school principal and students about what to do next. The program of the day was very full and dynamic. The best end of the day, which was one of the most impressive for the students, was the visit to the shore of Sevan, where Mr. Bleyan, the mentor-director, was with us. We all returned to Yerevan satisfied and impressed. Thank you for an unforgettable day.

Hrant Avetisyan, 7th grade student of Middle school.
